Product Sales and E-Commerce
We offer original artworks for sale directly through our website. Our online sales are processed using WooCommerce, and payments are handled securely via Stripe. We ensure that your data and transactions are secure.
Delivery Charges
- For deliveries within the UK, we charge 10% of the cost of the painting or print as a postage fee.
- For deliveries in the EU, the postage fee is 20% of the cost of the painting or print.
- For deliveries to the rest of the world, the postage fee is 30% of the cost of the painting or print.

Condition of Returned Item: The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Damage or alteration to the artwork may result in partial refunds or refusal of return.
Shipping for Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the artwork reaches us safely.
Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@johnfarmelo.com with a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will arrange a return and process a full refund or exchange.
Custom and Commissioned Artworks
Please note that custom and commissioned artworks are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exceptions
The above policy is not applicable for items sold during exhibitions or art fairs, where sales are final.
